At Babyface Hair, we take pride in offering high-quality hair products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy outlines how we can assist you.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required. 

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Opened or worn hair extensions, wigs, or other hair products.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale.”

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@babyfacehair.com with your order number, reason for the return, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos if the item is defective).
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the product.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the product securely and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following terms:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Partial refunds may be granted if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different Length, colour, or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order details.
  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

7. Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
